Our watches can be shipped to most countries all over the world - North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania.

For standard shipping, it takes 3-10 business days to arrive at your address, depending on your location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amounts for the duties and VAT fee are vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.

You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure of the applicable customs/VAT charges in your country.

You can find your tracking number in your order & shipping confirmation. Once the shipment is started, we will email it to you.

We accept all major credit cards & debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Bancontact (Available in Belgium), iDEAL (Available in Netherlands).

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

We hope you’re stoked with your watches, but if you need to return something, we offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items purchased on vstellewatch.com. Returns must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all cards and manuals. See our return policy for details.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For our VSTELLE watches we give you a guarantee of 2 year warranty. It covers material and workmanship defects. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. See our warranty policy for details.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt and order record.

At Vstelle, we value the responsible use of our natural resources. Therefore, we have decided to replace our paper manual with a digital manual. A link and QR code to our manual page comes with your timepiece.

Currently, we applied two different movements to our timepieces.

• For V-Pioneer series, we selected Swiss Made Ronda Quartz (Cal.763), a premium movement with Swiss precision, it provides the best quality and highest precision quartz in the world.
• For V-Apostle series, we selected Japan made Miyota automatic movement (Cal.8215), the most widespread movement in the watch industry. Their movements are designed with the sense of standard precision, durability and aesthetics.

Yes. Both of our collections V-Pioneer and V-Apostle provide 10ATM Water Resistance. It can handle submersion up to 100 meters deep. It can be used in most daily situations, rain, snow, showering, swimming, diving into water, water sports.

Our leather straps are made of Famous Horween Leathers. The renowned family-based leather company in the world for more than 120 years in Chicago. Durable, breathable and comfortable, it gets more beautiful the more you wear it. Our timepieces were equipped with sapphire glass, which is considered as one of the hardest transparent materials in the world. It is particularly characterized by its scratch resistance.
